And usually, it won’t cost you more than € 30, - for hardened mineral glass. All watch glasses are professionally placed by one of our watch makers in the Experience Center. Other services we provide are watch battery replacement €5, -.

Two ways of replacing your watch glass

You can either drop your watch off at our Experience Center in Zenderen (The Netherlands), or ship it to us if you don’t live nearby. There is always a fast and convenient solution to have your watch glass replaced by us.

Visit our Experience Center

If you visit our Experience Center, one of our colleagues will help you right away, usually it’s the watch maker himself. We will directly explain the procedure and associated costs.

To define what type of glass is needed exactly, we will first remove the glass. Based on its thickness and width we can determine which glass we will need for the reparation. Since there are thousands of different watch glasses, we do not have them on stock. We will order the type of glass needed; this will take several working days.

Besides placing the new watch glass, we will give your watch case an upgrade with our special steamer. As soon as your watch is ready, we will call you to come pick it up.

• Is dropping by not an option? No worries, you can send us your watch! Please follow the steps below to receive a quotation. In order for us to give you a price beforehand, please do the following:

Send us a photo (preferably front and back) of the watch including the serial number
In almost all cases we can give you a proposal quotation, excluding additional work such as replacing the battery, pointing the hands of the watch etc. The proposal is not binding.
Send the watch to us in Zenderen including a completed returns form download here (if possible).
After we receive the watch, we will once more inspect it to give you a tailor-made quotation.
After approval, you will receive an email including a payment link (iDEAL)
Parts will be ordered.
The watch will be repaired as soon as the glass arrives.
The watch will be sent back to you.
