Warranty & defects

Warranty periods differ per product group and range from 12 to 24 months. The warranty period is mentioned in our shop at every individual product, or can be found in the warranty certificate of the watch (if available). If your product no longer operates or has a different defect, please contact our customer service.

WARRANTY

Excluded from warranty:
- Watch bands
- Glass
- Crown
- Battery
- Loss of stones on the case or band
- Damage caused by bumping, falling and/or improper use

Excluded from warranty for other products are:
- Watch winder and/or watch boxes: damage to the lid, glass or cushion
- Watch winder and/or watch boxes: damaged engine by grinding
- Accessories: screen protectors

Defective on arrival
Did you receive a faulty product? Please let us know within 48 hours via info@watchstraponline.com. We will replace the product as soon as possible, or find another solution. If you do not contact us within the mentioned term, you lose your right to warranty or replacement.

Missing items
Please contact us per email or phone. Keep your order number at hand so we can find out what went wrong.

REPAIRS

Warranty repairs
If the defect falls under warranty, we will send the item to the brand’s service center. It will take 2-3 weeks for you to receive the item back again. If the required parts are not available, it may take longer than 2-3 weeks. In that case, we will let you know and make sure your watch is repaired as soon as possible.

Repairs without warranty

A defective product with an expired warranty? Please contact us via info@watchstraponline.com. In most cases we can repair it for you.

After the warranty period has expired, we can still repair the product for you. We will send you a quotation for the repair via email so you will not have unforeseen costs. Only after your approval, we will start the repair. If you do not want to have your watch repaired, you have the following options:
- Return without repair, after paying investigative costs (€ 7,50) and shipping (€ 2,95)
- Free recycling

A repair without warranty will take around 2-3 weeks, depending on the availability of the required parts. If the parts are not in stock, it will take longer than 2-3 weeks. We will inform you if this is the case and will do our best to have your watch repaired as soon as possible.

COSTS

Warranty:
If you want to claim your warranty, shipment costs to Watchstraponline.com are at your own expense. If the warranty is granted, all further costs are covered by Kish.nl.

Defective on arrival:
Have you received a defective/faulty product and notified us within 48 hours? Then we will ask you to return the product to us so we can exchange it for a new one. The costs for the return can be charged to us by including your receipt. (We only refund shipping costs when you choose a replacement product. If you choose a refund, shipping is at your own expense.)

EXPERIENCE CENTER

You can also bring your product under warranty or defective item to our Experience Center in Zenderen. Visit us between Monday and Friday from 9.00 am – 6 pm.
