Exchanging or returning products is no problem at Watchstraponline.com. You have 60 days to do this. Once you have received your order, the 60-day return period starts. Changed your mind after this period? Unfortunately, exchanging or returning is then no longer possible.

We do have a few conditions for exchanges and returns. We only accept products that:

• have not been used (trying them on is allowed)
• are undamaged
• include the original labels and packaging
• include a return form download it here

Some products have additional conditions. The following products cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• Products that can only be used once, such as screen protectors, tempered glass or films
• Watch straps that have been shortened
