How do you replace a watch strap yourself?

A leather watch strap wears down the more you wear it, so it needs to be replaced from time to time. The same applies to sports watch straps, for example when a small tear appears in the strap. Follow the steps below to remove a watch strap from the watch case yourself:
  1. Place the watch upside down on a soft surface.
  2. Gently push the strap slightly to the side with your fingers.
  3. Use a thin object or our springbar removal tool and press the pin slightly inwards, so it comes loose from the case.
  4. Remove the strap.
Want to fit the new watch strap? Follow these steps:
  1. Place the watch upside down on a soft surface.
  2. Let part of the pin stick out of the strap and place it in the hole in the watch case.
  3. Place the strap at the back of the watch to prevent visible damage.
  4. Take the springbar removal tool, press the pin inwards and place the pin in the hole.
