Delivery time

Orders placed before 6.30 pm will be delivered the next working day. If a product is no longer in stock, the estimated delivery time is indicated.

Shipping methods and costs

Watchstraponline.com offers several different shipping methods. You can select your preferred shipping method while ordering.

Standard (delivery addess in NL) (€ 2,99) Your package will be sent without tracking number. You do not have to sign for it. If you order a small product, the package will be delivered to your mailbox. There is no need to stay home for the delivery. Watchstraponline.com cannot be held accountable for damage or loss during transport.
Mailbox package (delivery addres in NL) (€ 4,95) Your order will be sent with track & trace and delivered to your mailbox.
Registered and insured (delivery adress in NL) (€ 5,95) Your order is insured against damage and theft. You will need to sign for it.
INT | Standard delivery (from € 3,95) Your order will be sent without tracking details.
INT | Express (from € 6,95) Your order will be sent with an express service. Your package is insured against damage and theft. You will need to sign for it.

Track your package

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your track & trace code, if you’ve chosen that option. Check your code at PostNL package tracing (PostNL).

Not home during delivery

If you’re not home when your package is delivered, there will be a second attempt the next working day. If again the package cannot be delivered to you personally, you can pick it up at the post office the next working day.

Alternative delivery address

Do you want to receive your package at a different address than the billing address? You can select the option in the ordering process.

Collect your order at the Experience Center

You can also collect your order at Watchstraponline.com. The opening hours are Monday to Friday from 9.30 am – 5.30 pm.

Watchstraponline.com ships worldwide with PostNL from € 1,95. Estimated delivery time to Belgium is 1-2 days.
